what is happening

i have been submiting solutions for the last three month and i got 14 right so far. When i was checking my statistics, it read 0 0 0 0 ... for all fields.
I checked few other stats of my university and i realized that all newly registered members stats have similar problem. What is going on.

10070 Leap year or not... what could be wrong

:roll: I have submitted the following code for judging

i realize that i have to use strings to take input and i have used a technique to find the divisibility of large numbers by smaller ones. yet i get WA. Could someone help me to spot the mistake.
