Why 125/108?
I divide CC in traditional time/ CC in decimal time and got 1.157407395
result *125/108 AC
but
result *1.157407395 WA

Traditional time has 24 * 60 * 60 * 100 = 8,640,000 hundredths of a second.
Metric time has 10 * 100 * 100 * 100 = 10,000,000 hundredths of a second.
10,000,000 / 8,640,000 = 125 / 108

little problem int the sample output.
i think the out put "9999999" should be replaced by "9999998" ,so that there will be no confusion about using double or integer.
