[/cpp]

In other words, be careful with comparing doubles during your search for a negative cycle.

Floating point precision errors are really an issue in this problem.
Try the following test case:
2 2
0.0013 0.9999
0.9999 0.0087
0 0

Output should be
0.01

I have the ame problem : WA.
I use Min-Cost Max-Flow approach. While looking for a negativ cycle with Baellman-Ford algo I take care of the presision errors :

When printing answer I do the same :

What do you think about my EPS (too small/big)?

My mistake was to modelise the problem with a undirected graph, i changed it to directed and got accepted.

### 10746 Crime Wave - TLE

I tried to solve this problem by using min-cost max flow.
And I used Bellman-Ford algorithm to check negative cycle and Ford-Fulkerson algorithm to flow.
I think this is right.

This is my first try to solve min-cost max flow problem.
So it's very hard for me to code appropriate algorithm.
I have coded several times, at last I'm sure it makes correct answer.
But very very slow.

I think I should modify part of Bellman-Ford algorithm.
But I don't know how to approach.

I used this strategy.
1.Find arugmenting path // Using Ford-Fulkerson

2.while(true)

2.1 Use bellman-ford and check negatvie cycle

2.2 If there is not negative cycle, then break while statement

and Here is my code.

If you have TLE- be careful with comparing doubles while searching negative cost cycle

Change
if (d[j] > d + a[j])
with
if (d[j] > d + a[j] + eps)
